RESERVATIONS: Reservations may be made by calling us at 1-724-662-2489. You may also email reservations or request information at info@mehardmanor.com.
CONFIRMATION: Please indicate if you would like a confirmation by mail, telephone, or email.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check in is between 3pm – 9pm unless guest has made other arrangements directly with the innkeeper.
CANCELLATION: We require 48 hours notice for cancellation of a reservation without penalty but request as much advance notice as possible. If you cancel without 48 hours notice and we cannot rent the room, you may be billed for one night's lodging.
RATES: $105.00 per night, plus tax, double occupancy rate includes a full breakfast.
Gift Certificates are available and make the perfect gift!
METHOD OF PAYMENT: Cash only – no checks or credit cards (if sending for a gift certificate, we will accept check).
STATE SALES TAX: A 6% state sales tax and a 3% county hotel excise tax must be added to all lodging costs.
OTHER: You can always find bottled water and cookies on the second floor in the guest refrigerator area.
All of our beds are queen sized - we have a rollaway available if needed – there will be $15.00 charge for the extra person in the room (3 people per room maximum)
Also, a selection of bedtime teas are available. Speak to an innkeeper if you wish to have tea before bed.
As always, if you have any food allergies, please inform the innkeeper at the time of your reservation.
Motorcycles are welcome. You can safely park your bike in our garage!
We have a resident Chihuahua who believes she is the Mayor of Mercer! Bella is not allowed in Guest areas, but if you have an allergy, a stay at the Mehard Manor may not be appropriate. You can still give us a call and we will be more than happy to make a referral.
Well behaved children 16 and over are welcome.
